We are seeking an ENTRY LEVEL Sales Recruiter to join our Human Resources team! The entry level candidate we are looking for will perform activities in Human Resources and Talent Scouting / Recruiting new hires for entry level positions within our company.

RECRUITER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
• On-board new employees
• Answer phones, complete scheduling, and other front desk responsibilities
• Advertising / SEO / Social Media Updates
• Brand Awareness
• Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
• Accurately maintain employee files

RECRUITER QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in Recruiting, Human Resources, Staffing, or other related fields (or desire to gain experience)
• Ability to build relationships with all employees

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
