Qualifications

•We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates meticulous attention to detail, excellent memory skills, and proficiency in both written and verbal communication

•A high level of discretion for confidential financial and company information is essential

•3 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience required

•QuickBooks experience required

•Intermediate or above proficiency with Microsoft Excel required (formulas, etc.)

Monday - Friday 9a-5p

Will work alongside the CFO

Will handle all incoming billing - AP and AR

Will handle work orders completed and occasionally talk to clients
