Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement SharePoint solutions, including custom workflows, web parts, lists, libraries, and site pages.
- Customize SharePoint sites using SharePoint Designer, Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate), and other relevant tools.
- Integrate SharePoint with SQL Server databases, ensuring efficient data retrieval and storage mechanisms.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions to support SharePoint applications and data management needs.
- Troubleshoot SharePoint and SQL issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions to resolve problems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Provide technical guidance and support to end-users, including training and documentation as needed.
- Stay updated on SharePoint and SQL Server advancements, best practices, and industry trends to propose innovative solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a SharePoint Developer with a strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, configuration, and administration.
- Proficiency in SQL Server development, including database design, T-SQL, stored procedures, and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint Designer, Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate), and other relevant SharePoint tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Associate or similar are a plus.
- Experience with SharePoint Online and hybrid environments is desirable but not required.
