Duties / Responsibilities

• Receipting and Reconciliation of checks, ACH and credit card payments received
• Verifies invoices paid on remittance advice comparative to account status
• Contacts customers as related to job duties.
• Daily posting into Dealership computer system.
• Daily bank deposits balanced and recorded
• Communicates with coworkers related to job responsibilities.
• Assist coworkers in general administrative functions.
• Misc Filing related to accounting processes.
• Performs other related duties to support the Dealership Accounting Office.
