Stevinson Toyota East is seeking an experienced Express Team Production Leader to join their service team.

Compensation: $80k-$120k based on certifications, experience, bonuses, and other criteria achieved.

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The primary goal of the Team Leader is to provide an extraordinary guest experience while creating guest advocates. The Team Leader is a line supervisor who has direct responsibility for the overall production, quality control, and general behavior of the Production Team. They are also responsible for producing billable labor at a level determined by service management.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Produces billable labor on the vehicle brought into the Service Department for service or repair

* Sets completion times for the jobs assigned to the production team

* Dispatches work to all the team members in a fair and equitable manner

* Manages the team to achieve high levels of overall team production and develops monthly forecasts

* Maintains a high standard of quality workmanship for the labor performed by every team member

* Maintains a high level of cleanliness, grooming, and uniform appearance for the entire team

* Assists in decisions for team personnel

* Meets with the Service Manager at least once a week to discuss: The team's performance vs. objectives; Personnel problems

* Ensures that all Team members adhere to company policies

* Communicate to the appropriate Service Advisor information regarding any job that will not meet the Service Advisors promise time

* Assures that flat rate time assignments are true and accurate

* Reviews the up-flagging of all repair orders at the end of each day (work in progress and left uncompleted)

* Covers the previous days' flat rate hour performance with all the team members every day

* Designates and train a lead technician to manage the team in the Team Leader's absence

* Monitors Technician certification status within the Team as required (ie., NIASE, State of Texas, etc)

* Knows and understands the Fixed Right The First Time (FRTFT) process, and utilize the program to achieve guest satisfaction

* Works with other team leads and Service Management to complete goals and objectives

* Ensure team of technicians are cleaning bays daily

* Ensure technicians are on time to their scheduled shift

* Monitor video MPI and photos to ensure a high standard is being delivered to our guests

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

* Must be at least eighteen years of age

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Must have a valid driver's license and meet company MVR policy requirements

* Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background and drug test)

* Applications will be accepted and candidates evaluated on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
