Koons Automotive Group is part of Asbury Automotive Group (NYSE: ABG) is a Fortune 500 company and one of the largest franchised automotive retailers in the United States. Our Westminster Toyota dealership is searching for a Finance Assistant to support our Finance and Accounting staff.
The Finance Assistant's primary responsibility is to support our Sales and Accounting staff

• Work directly with Finance Managers and accounting office to ensure prompt and accurate processing of all vehicle sales
• Review deals for errors, imperfections, or miscalculations to ensure that they are processed accurately and timely
• Daily process deals and report to management
• Fax, email, and mail documents as needed for funding, titling and record retention
• Help with ensuring all customer contracts in transition (CIT list) is funded
• Competent computer skills (Internet, MS Outlook, Excel)

• Must be eighteen years of age
• High school diploma
• Prior dealership experience preferred, sales, receptionist, A/P, Internet sales consultant, clerk's, etc.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug test)
