As a Sales BDC Agent you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on our business and in the lives of team members and Guest. The Guest Experience Specialist is responsible for assisting our Guest with the scheduling and/or purchasing of their vehicle via phone, Internet, chat and or text message. The Guest Experience Specialist is responsible for providing all necessary vehicle information to the Guest, throughout the inquiry and purchase process, in a Genuinely Caring, Professional and Thorough way. Responsibilities
Answer all calls in a prompt, professional and courteous manner
Use call guide to collect all pertinent Guest information and document in the CRM accordingly
Contact and communicate with Guest to identify automotive needs
Document all notes and appointments thoroughly in the ILM and CRM
Complete work plans on a daily basis
Any additional tasks requested by team leads or managers
Qualifications
The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic open office environment
High energy and a positive attitude are required
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively is required
Excellent Guest service skills and the motivation to be successful is required
Strong computer & phone skills
Minimum typing 35-40 words per minute at minimum
Self-starter, manages time and conditions
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work successfully in a team environment
Must be at least eighteen years of age
Must have a valid driver's license
Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (background and drug test)
