Job Summary

Position: Lawn Care and Landscaping Team Member

Starting wage: $18/hour

Responsible for the care of landscape grounds. This includes mowing, using weedeaters and backpack blowers, pulling weeds, and performing general outdoor grounds maintenance activities.Primary Responsibilities

• Using common sense and good judgement.
• Perform groundskeeping and building maintenance duties including cutting lawns using push or zero turn mower, using a weedwhacker to edge around landscape beds and sidewalks, using a backpack blower.
• Perform auxilary landscape tasks such as pulling weeds, trimming bushes, spreading mulch, etc.
• Sweep walkways of debris.
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance procedures on equipment utilized in groundskeeping.
• Rake, mulch, and prune grounds as needed.

Physical Demands Required

• Ability to lift 75 pounds.
• Must be able to stand and walk continuously through shift.
• Ability to exercise caution in the handling of tools and epuipment.
• Ability to crouch, kneel, bend, or stand freely.
• Be subject to some machine or motor noise (ear protection will be provided).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
