As a Customer Specialist, you provide customers with exceptional shopping experiences. You can empower self-expression by creating authentic connections with customers and helping them discover products they love.
Together with the store team, you will support an inclusive store environment where customers feel welcome on their shopping journey.

You'll bring to the role
Prior retail experience (or customer-focused experience)
Passion for styling and love of working with people
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
Proficient with technology, including an ability to operate store systems accurately
