Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, both in-person and over the phone
- Collect and update patient information, including medical history
- Assist with medical administrative tasks such as filing and scanning documents
- Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and back office area
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow
- Punctuality and team player mentality
Experience:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Willingness to learn and grow with our specialty practice
