Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Property Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in general property maintenance, a strong work ethic, and the ability to handle a variety of tasks to keep our properties in excellent condition.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on properties including plumbing, carpentry and painting.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify and resolve issues.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants.
- Maintain the exterior grounds of properties and general upkeep.
- Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed in a timely and professional manner.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and report any major issues to the property manager.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in property maintenance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to perform physical labor.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
