Location :Irving, TX – Hybrid (2-3 days weekly onsite)

Client: Direct Telecom Client

Duration: Long Term Contract

Job Title: Sr PEGA DECISIONING Developer

Top must have Skills: PEGA 8x Version, Decisioning and PRPC Hands-On experience.

6 years of experience in PEGA, CSSA certification is must.

Decisioning experience is must.

Candidate day to day responsibilities: Lead is not required for the role. There is no mentoring required here. This is Hands-on role.

About Project: This project is complete decisioning project.

They work / interact with marketing team.

Other details, if any: Tue/Wed/Thu – In Office.

One Video Technical Interview.

MUST HAVE SKILLS (Most Important): PEGA Decisioning, PEGA PRPC 8 , CDH, ADM, Java Script, HTML 5.0.

DESIRED SKILLS: NBA Designer, ADM, PEGA 8.8.3, 1:1 customer engagement optimization, 1:1 customer engagement Implementation.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS: Bachelor's in computer science or equivalent

Certifications: CSSA with CPDC/CPMC.

Responsibilities: Lead Design and develop Applications using Pega CDH . Manage Proposition/Offer matrix.

Review the implementation and follow standards. Design and manage ADM and predictive models.

Develop Next Best Action Strategies.

Responsible for development of agile stories as indicated by the lead. Responsible to make sure the changes are deployed successfully to higher environments.

Should be working closely with QA team to ensure the changes are tested properly.

Act as a mentor to junior resources.

Experience with Pega PRPC technologies.

Experience working on Pega DSM (Decision Management).

Experience on the ADM and predictive models

Nice to have understanding of Inbound marketing. Good understanding of the Strategies and the proposition management
