Facility Technician Tasks & Duties (What You'll do)

• Perform a wide variety of Maintenance/Construction

• Yard Care Duties & Normal Services

• Preform general Facility Maintenance including painting, carpentry, roofing, masonry, plumbing, pneumatics, flooring, basic electrical, HVAC as well as General Cleaning & Sanitation

• Example Duties May Include, But are not limited to the following: Build, Fabricate or repair structure, equipment & or misc. articles from verbal instruction, blueprints or work orders

Facility Technician Shift Info

• Day Shift, 06:00 am to 02:30 pm

• Monday - Friday

Facility Technician Qualifications (Requirements / Skills)

1. 2 years of HVAC experience is required

2. Must also have good communication skills

3. Computer Competency skills required: Email, Communication, Excel, Word, Internet research, Data Collection, Fill Out Work Orders & Purchase Requests, ect.
