Job Description
We're hiring now for Underground Mining Production in Salina and Scofield UT
What we offer
$28.00 per hour (raises within 6 months to $32.50)
Production and Safety bonuses (est. $500 a month)

MSHA 32-hour training
Underground Mining Production (What you'll do)
Operate and facilitate heavy machinery and excavation equipment
Operate a shuttle car to safely and quickly transport coal and other minerals
Perform maintenance on mining equipment and machinery
Install rock bolts using machinery to stabilize rock excavations
Build and dismantle roof and wall supports in underground coal workings
Transport coal and other material from the coal face
Operates heading, ripping and coal cutting-loading machines to remove material from working face and monitors conveyor carrying away loose material
Underground Mining Production Shift Info
12-hour shifts on a four-on four-off schedule
Day and night shifts available
Underground Mining Production Qualifications (Requirements / Skills)
Coal Mining experience preferred
MSHA 32-hour Training required
Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Able to pass a background check
Able to work in the US
Completed apprenticeship or equivalent experience
Vocational degree (preferred)
Excellent physical stamina
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Able to pass a background check
Able to work in the US
