Schedule: Flexible

Compensation: Starting $40,000 salary & Commission (You control what you want to make)

POSITION SUMMARY: The Outside Sales Professional- Parts team member builds and cultivates customer relationships to grow parts sales and to meet company profitability goals.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:- Be a great communicator, team player and listener.
- Be able to plan your day, week, month & year on how you will grow the parts sales and service customers.
- Be able to convey your plans to the Parts Manager and Parts Director.
- Contribute to the company CRM system.
- To be a solution provider and be a professional in all the work you do.
- Must be a great contributor to the “Yes We Can Do That” atmosphere.
- Must be able to sit in a vehicle for the day and drive long distances.
- Must be able to sell and upsell parts to customers.
- Must be able to teach customers solutions that decrease future maintenance concerns.
- Maintain current customer relationships while building new customer contacts.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:- Professional personal appearance.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Have a valid driver license with a clean driving record.
- Knowledge of automotive parts and/or heavy-duty parts.
- Strong problem-solving skills necessary.
- Ability to work with the public.

WORKING CONDITIONS: Will spend the full day driving and calling on customers and vendors.
