Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices
- Integrate Salesforce with Fiserv products using MuleSoft, and other relevant tools
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure seamless integration and functionality
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the development team, ensuring high-quality deliverables
- Analyze business processes and design scalable solutions to enhance operational efficiency
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and functionalities, and recommend improvements to existing systems
- Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Salesforce Architect
- Proven experience with Fiserv integration using MuleSoft
- Strong knowledge of product integration with Finastra, DNA, and other relevant tools
- Background in banking and experience working with third-party vendors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
- Certification in Salesforce Architecture or related fields
- Experience with additional integration tools and technologies
- Strong understanding of banking processes and regulatory requirements
