Position Overview:

Candidates should have 3 to 5 years of experience working on commercial real estate transactions. The transactional work includes acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and financings associated with operating properties and future developments from the ground-up. Expertise with condominium projects is preferred, but is not required. Candidates must have an excellent academic record, be comfortable with direct client interaction, and be admitted to practice in the State of Florida.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Florida State Bar with a minimum of [X] years of experience practicing commercial real estate law.
