Required Qualifications:

• 5 years of Business or Systems Analyst experience
• Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to review, analyze, and evaluate information technology systems and operations effectively.
• Expertise in Requirements Gathering and Documentation: determining user needs and translating those into formal technical requirements.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to serve as the primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff.
• Knowledgeable on Issue Identification and Tracking: Identifying, documenting, reporting, and tracking system issues.
• Experience with Business Analysis Tools: Proficiency with tools and methodologies used in business analysis, such as flowcharts, wireframes, or requirement management software.
• Technical Understanding: A solid grasp of IT systems and their operations, including an understanding of how business needs translate into technical solutions.

Bonus Skills:

• Project Management: Experience in managing or supporting project management activities, such as timelines and deliverables, can be beneficial.
• Prior Telecom experience!

Responsibilities:

• Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations.
• Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems.
• Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff.
• Identifies, documents, reports, and tracks system issues.
• Supports the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables. 5-10 years of experience.

Salary Range:

• The salary for this position is between $110,000 – $130,000 annually.
• Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
