We are actively seeking an experienced Partner attorney specializing in commercial real estate transactions to join our expanding CRE practice. With an emphasis on sophisticated deals, this position offers the opportunity to collaborate with one of the region's leading real estate legal teams. The role involves working closely with family offices, institutions, lenders, and private real estate investors across a diverse range of commercial real estate matters. Currently, our team manages a substantial volume of transactions annually across various real estate types. The ideal candidate will seamlessly integrate into our deal team, excel in a hybrid work environment, and make significant contributions to the growth of this practice area.

Duties/Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and cultivating client relationships, taking on substantial responsibilities in developing and guiding transaction strategy. Required Skills/Abilities:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in commercial real estate with a focus on large-scale transactions.
• Proficiency in commercial finance, with a track record of closing and negotiating complex loans for borrowers and/or lenders.
• Expertise in structuring and negotiating joint ventures, as well as handling acquisitions and dispositions.
• Strong writing and time management skills.
• J.D. degree from an ABA accredited law school and bar admission in the jurisdiction of the resident office location or where the work is performed.
• Cooperative and collaborative approach to practicing law.
• Strong desire to excel within a growing and dynamic law firm.
