About the Role

Job Title: Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead code reviews and implement automated testing.
• Debug and identify code defects.
• Scale applications automatically based on demand projections.
• Automate deployments for both test and production environments.
• Oversee deployment, support, and monitoring across test, integration, and production stages.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Expertise in Golang /Python, with proficiency in React and JavaScript.
• 5-7 years of software development experience, with team leadership and hands-on application design, development, and automated testing.
• Experience working with multi-tiered systems, algorithms, and relational databases.
• Expertise in defining test conditions based on functional and non-functional requirements.
• Ability to lead peer reviews and ensure code quality.
• Strong skills in coding, testing, maintaining, and documenting application components.
• Familiarity with Splunk, ELF (Enterprise Living Framework), and Grafana.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with Couchbase (Database used within the platform)

Location: Phoenix, Arizona

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $115,000 – $125,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
