Position Summary:

Our client is seeking a motivated and dedicated Plaintiff Personal Injury Associate Attorney to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to advocate for injury victims, excellent litigation skills, and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload. Key Responsibilities:

• Client Representation: Represent plaintiffs in personal injury cases, including auto accidents, slip and falls, medical malpractice, and more.
• Case Management: Handle all aspects of case development, including client interviews, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Legal Research and Writing: Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Court Appearances: Appear in court for hearings, trials, and mediations.
• Client Communication: Maintain regular and effective communication with clients, providing updates and addressing their concerns.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure the efficient and effective handling of cases.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) Degree: Must be a graduate of an accredited law school.
• California Bar Admission: Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of California.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in personal injury law, with a demonstrated ability to handle cases from inception through resolution.
• Litigation Skills: Strong litigation skills, including experience with trials, depositions, and discovery.
• Client Focused: Deep commitment to client service and advocacy.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to Detail: Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Work Environment:

• Eligible for 2 days hybrid work per week.
