About the Role:
Location: Denver, CO
Hybrid – 3 days on-site, 2 days remote
Overview:
We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our client. This role focuses on providing special project support for our VP Technical Fellow. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with technical teams and projects, excellent organizational skills, and an understanding of data science and data engineering.
Required Qualifications:
- 2 years of Project Management experience
- Experience supporting technical teams and projects
- Understanding of Data Science or Data Engineering
- Knowledge of AWS, Confluence, and Gitlab
- Must be proficient with Jira & Office 365
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to the VP Technical Fellow in executing high-priority technical projects and initiatives.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and technical documentation for executive-level meetings and decision-making.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings and technical sessions led by the VP Technical Fellow.
- Assist in the coordination and review of technical proposals, white papers, and publications.
- Manage the VP Technical Fellow’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and important reminders.
- Serve as a liaison between the VP Technical Fellow and internal teams with a diverse set of processes, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals.
- Track progress of special projects, ensuring they align with the strategic objectives of the organization.
