Job Title : System Administrator
Job Description :
- Provide Wintel support for the hosted client systems.
- Support escalations from engineers for day to day and projects
- Serve as the subject matter expert of customer environments
- Windows Server 2016 Operating System Administration
- Advanced knowledge of Windows 10 OS Desktop administration
- Manage and maintain customer server environments in our hosted platform, on-premise (remotely), and cloud native environments
- Manage and maintain Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops as front end supporting applications such as Workspace
- Knowledge of MFA methodologies
Location : Onsite New York 10036
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $76K annually. Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
