About the Role: -

Job Title: Software Technical Account Manager

Key Responsibilities: -

  • 5 experience as a technical account manager/ technical sales consultant/ Technical Consultant/ software and consulting
  • Proficient in managed deploying applications (applications that have run on a software)
  • Customer experience - Will have to interact with customers and understand the conversations.
  • Experience with firmware to go along with software.

Day to day:

  • Working with the customer success team that works closely with the R&D team for the successful release of software updates and enhancements.
  • 75% of time will be touching base with customers, giving them guidance- fixing any issues or troubleshooting any problems the customer may have. Which includes
  • Working with R&D: gather insights into upcoming software releases, ensuring a deep understanding of new features, enhancements, and technical changes.
  • UAT environment testing: Work closely with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to establish and maintain a robust User Acceptance Testing (UAT) environment.
  • Customer engagement: Collaborate with customers to involve them in the UAT process, providing necessary documentation and guidance.
  • Issue resolution: Work collaboratively with R&D and the customer support team to address and resolve issues identified during UAT
  • Sign off deployment: Facilitate communication between customers and R&D to ensure alignment on the final release candidate.
  • Documentation
  • Escalation Resolution: Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues related to device management, working closely with the Remote Management Team to resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Continuous improvements: Collaborate with the Remote Management Team to gather feedback on service instructions and identify opportunities for improvement
  • 25% will be post sales and consulting work

Location: Remote

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $62000 – $72000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
