Seeking experienced Accounts Payable staff for immediate start!!

Schedule: Flexible full-time onsite (8-hour shifts, varying start times from 6:30 AM to 8:00 AM)

Looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join the team as an Accounts Payable Clerk. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and ensuring timely payments to vendors. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents.
• Verify invoice details, including prices, quantities, and terms.
• Prepare and perform weekly or monthly check runs.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in accounts payable or general accounting role preferred.
• High volume invocing experience
• 3 way matching and credit/debit processing preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, ERP or similar).
