Job Title: Audit Supervisor

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid - 2 days in office)

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audit Supervisor for a reputable CPA firm client. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in attest, audit, and assurance services, and who is ready to take on a leadership position within a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and mentor a young team of audit professionals.
• Review and sign off on financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Engage with clients, providing exceptional service and addressing their audit and assurance needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues in a hybrid work environment, with a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.

Qualifications:

• Active CPA license.
• 4-7 years of experience in a managerial role within the audit/assurance field.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
• Strong client-facing skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.

Compensation:

• Competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000, based on experience and qualifications.
