Role Overview:

As a Banking Operations Specialist, you'll be responsible for processing and approving daily wire transfers transactions, verifying customer instructions, conducting ACH Batch Processing, and more. Your expertise in FEDWIRE and SWIFT ALLIANCE systems will be crucial in executing transactions accurately and securely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and approve daily wire transfers transactions (Outgoing / Incoming / Internal) via FEDWIRE and/or SWIFT ALLIANCE, adhering to established protocols and systems.
• Verify customer instructions for security procedures such as call backs and signature verifications, ensuring the utmost security and confidentiality.
• Conduct ACH Batch Processing with precision and efficiency, contributing to the seamless flow of financial transactions.
• Perform OFAC verification as the first line of defense, promptly identifying and escalating any potential compliance issues.
• Process credit card payments and review fraud alerts promptly, safeguarding the institution and its clients from financial risks.
• Review client documentation thoroughly, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Assisting clients with their financial needs and inquiries, provide digital banking processing and exceptional customer support

Qualifications:

• Associates degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in Banking Operations, demonstrating proficiency in financial transactions processing.
• Track record of executing transactions accurately and securely with demonstrated knowledge of Fedline and Swift processing
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, enabling effective communication with a diverse clientele.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
