Branch Manager

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary representative of the company to customers within your assigned branch.
• Lead and manage a service support team, including RF Technicians, office administrators, and support staff.
• Ensure efficient branch operations, maintaining high standards of response times and service quality.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to maximize branch efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Expand and maintain strong relationships with the customer base, enhancing branch reputation.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and monitor the financial performance of the branch.
• Implement branch policies and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Oversee all company assets, inventory, and physical property within the branch.
• Develop and manage the branch budget, consistently meeting or exceeding financial goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

• High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3 years of progressive management experience, with a background in Emergency Response, Fire Department, Law Enforcement, or Military leadership roles highly desirable.
• Proven track record of working under pressure to achieve goals, with strong resource planning and budgeting skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with demonstrated ability to understand and meet customer expectations.
• Solid technical understanding, particularly in telecommunications and RF communications (preferred).
• Advanced computer skills, including report creation, complex spreadsheets, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word emphasis); Microsoft Dynamics AX experience is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and motivational skills, with strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong presentation skills, comfortable speaking to small groups of customers.
• Ability to travel as needed for training and other work-related activities.
• Must have a valid US Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record (no suspensions in the past five years).
• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screening required.
