We are seeking an individual who is seeking to make an impactful career move. The ideal candidate must have management experience and come from a financial services or banking background. You will be responsible for managing a team of Client Service Associates.

• Manage day to day operational activities from Client Service Associates who service the Private Wealth Management and Investment side of the business.
• Support when needed on account maintenance, client live chats, wire transfers and money movements.
• Coach team members in enhancing their quality of service and problem resolution
• Be involved in team development, communication and implementation of strategies
• Create and maintain procedures for Client Service team
• Ensure all team members are up-to-date on annual compliance trainings.
• Report KPI's and team performance to upper management

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience related to the job
• Bilingual - English and Spanish
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field
• Proficient in MS Office
• Team leadership skills and crucial to have attention to detail
