We are seeking engaging and proactive Customer Engagement Specialists to serve as the primary point of contact between our organization and both existing and prospective clients. Our ideal candidates will address customer queries and concerns proactively, ensuring satisfaction remains a top priority in every interaction.

Role Overview: Full-time, Onsite Position

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls.

Incoming Calls:

• Provide detailed information and answer customer queries to facilitate appointment scheduling with sales representatives or technicians.

Outgoing Calls:

• Initiate contact with potential clients to gauge interest levels and filter out less interested prospects, preparing the groundwork for follow-up actions.
• Adhere to prescribed communication protocols.
• Understand customer requirements, verify details, and offer solutions or alternatives.
• Capitalize on opportunities to recommend additional products during interactions.
• Cultivate lasting relationships and maintain engagement with customers.
• Document all call information accurately in our CRM system.
• Achieve individual and team performance goals.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in customer service roles.
• Demonstrated ability to exceed performance benchmarks.
• Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and standard office practices.
