The Producing/Selling Director will play a pivotal role in driving business growth while overseeing recruitment efforts to match top talent with clients in Professional Services roles. This dual-focused position is essential for generating revenue and strengthening our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate revenue through business development and client relationship building.
• Lead, train, and manage a team to excel in recruitment and client engagement.

Skill sets may include: Public Accounting, Corporate Accounting, Tax, Legal, Finance, HR, Customer Service, Admin/Clerical, Customer Service, Logistics, Operations etc. in Entry level thru C-Suite experienced roles

Requirements:

• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in the staffing industry.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
