We are seeking an HR Manager with a people-first mindset to drive results and manage the full employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will develop HR strategies supporting both the restaurants and its staff, lead workshops to enhance employee engagement, and provide expert recommendations on staffing and succession planning. Proficient in HRIS tools like ADP, Talent Reach, and Kronos, the HR Manager will handle leaves, compliance, reporting, and manage the hiring process. Collaborating with the HR Director, Finance Department, and District Leaders, the role also involves active participation in training and development to improve operational HR roles.

Requirements

• 5 years of human resources experience
• Experience with strategy development and employee lifecycle management

Preferences

• Prior experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
