Ascendo Resources is working with an award winning client here in Jacksonville, FL! As a Legal Analyst, you will be overseeing assistance and compliance for the support of products in the company.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for product form review process.
• Provide recommendations to Compliance management for improvements and utilization.
• Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and make decisions or recommendations on the best course of action for new processes or procedures.
• Conduct research to advise management and affected departments on potential risks.
• Responsible for evaluation of impactful legislation/state statutes with products and advise management and departments on required action.
• Responsible for evaluation and research of lender minimum business requirements which impact consumer product forms.
• Maintain a database of research for use by the team.
• Process 50-state research projects, analyzing regulatory insurance codes, and constructing databases for easier readability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2 years of contract review experience
• Paralegal experience preferred
• Extreme communicator and someone who can admit their mistakes or troubles while asking for help. She is an open book.
• A go-getter, self-starter
