The Member Relations Specialist will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at promoting company activities, supporting members, and facilitating various administrative duties. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote company's activities and tools through newsletters, direct mail flyers, and other communication channels.
• Conduct orientations for new members to familiarize them with our services and offerings.
• Engage with members to build confidence in my client's commitment to their best interests.
• Handle incoming inquiries from members, providing timely and accurate responses.
• Execute assigned projects efficiently and effectively.
• Perform general office administrative and clerical duties to support the team.
• Facilitate educational webinars, ensuring smooth operation and member engagement.
• Update and maintain the internal membership database to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with planning various events, including preparing materials and managing travel reimbursements.
• Assist in the creation of marketing collateral to support promotional activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated individual with the ability to show initiative and prioritize tasks with limited supervision.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
• Experience with Hubspot and Canva is a plus.
