Ascendo Resources is Hiring a Senior credit analyst Near Miami, FL
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the commercial real estate sector.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate investment opportunities, including cash flow projections, ROI analysis, and sensitivity analysis.
- Perform property valuations and appraisals, utilizing various methodologies, to determine the fair market value of commercial real estate assets.
- Assess potential investment opportunities, conducting thorough due diligence, including financial, market, and legal aspects.
- Assist in the management and optimization of real estate investment portfolios, providing recommendations for acquisitions, dispositions, and asset management strategies.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on market conditions, investment performance, and financial projections for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including acquisitions, asset management, and finance, as well as external stakeholders such as brokers, appraisers, and legal advisors.
- Identify and evaluate potential risks associated with investment opportunities and existing assets, providing strategic recommendations to mitigate these risks.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a commercial real estate analyst, with a strong track record of successful investment analysis and portfolio management.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, economics, or a related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.
g., CFA, CCIM) preferred.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to synthesize complex information and present clear, actionable recommendations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis software.
- In-depth understanding of commercial real estate markets, valuation methodologies, and investment principles.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
