Ascendo Resources is Hiring a Senior Project Accountant Near New York, NY
Real estate company in New York City, New York 10022 is seeking a Project Accountant to manage finance and accounting functions and report into the President.
The compensation range is 135K to 140K.
The ideal Project Accountant holds the following credentials-
- 7 to 10 years of experience with a real estate, and construction background. Will be responsible for handling all aspects of accounting, and will also oversee AP and AR.
- Handle the bank reconciliations of construction accounts; development, forms for requisitions; waivers, vendors/contractors.
- Handle past due charges of retail tenants.
- AIA requisitions
- Work with tenants.
- Reading a lease; lien waivers. Long leases.
- Degree. Higher Education is a plus.
- Good communication skills.
- Software: rent manager. Experience with Yardi is a plus.

- 5 days on-site; business hours 830am to 530pm
