Ascendum Solutions is Hiring an Inventory Near Mason, OH

Description:

Works with Key Users and other key resources within the Planning Service Center to develop and deliver capability. Allows the Planning Center to achieve the Compelling Business Needs (CBN’s) of the businesses they support. Leverages their Horizontal Process Network (HPN) to reapply and develop solutions to meet current and future needs. Facilitates the planning of deliveries within a supply chain and optimize inventory planning that needs service, cost, and timeliness objectives of the employer. They oversee different employees and departments within a supply chain, which ensures the process runs smoothly. They often work in shipping, manufacturing, or in supply chain management companies. The role requires them to monitor inventory, supply, and demand. They assist with customer issues and order problems and help craft effective solutions for the customers by responding to feedback and complaints and through the development of new systems and methods that will prevent further occurrences.

Important Responsibilities:

This person will be the key interface with our test requestors. You will be the project manager, coordinating all things necessary for successful completion of a study pack out, including:

Creating thorough and accurate documentation (batch records - making instructions, filling, labeling, and packing records, etc.). Coordinating with requestor on materials needed and approval for use on site. Coordinating with Production Leader & Operations group to plan production/actual work on the floor. Following the job from end to end to ensure requestor needs are met – within compliance, on time, and accurate. Partnering with QA and micro for study release and approvals.

Job Qualifications:

1: Operates with Discipline - Plans & follows through. High level of attention to detail. This role requires 100% accuracy in documentation to ensure compliance (QA, Regulatory, Legal) and efficiency in our operation. Must be able to plan ahead to ensure all materials and documentation are ready in time to start the job, and that the job can be completed in time for specific needs.

2: Builds Diverse, Collaborative Relationships – as the key interface with the test requestors, must be able to work well with a variety of functions. Key to meeting requestor needs and delivering a seamless pack out with excellence.

3: Communication - strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to clearly articulate the needs of the test requestors to the Operations team as well as the required information and status updates to the test requestors. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & Teams - Intermediate Proficiency Preferred

4: Embraces Change - able to flow across categories as needed, and flexible to late changes in the process. As this is R&D, requests can and do often change, so you must be comfortable with dealing with these changes and handling impacts appropriately.

5: Leverages Mastery - fully trained user in Enovia (QA & Regulatory approval system) and CisPro (inventory management), or ability to quickly learn how to use the systems with training. Demonstrated ability or experience with project management and/or planning of some nature. Basic Excel skills required.

Must have:

  • Basic Microsoft Excel and MS Word skills

  • Project administration/management
