Ascendum Solutions is Hiring a Key Account Executive Near Atlanta, GA

IT Staffing Key Account Executive

Ascendum is looking for a talented Solutions-focused Key Account Executive with strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage and expand our Strategic Technical Staffing services for key client accounts. This person will be responsible for generating new business (up to 20%) but will be primarily responsible for managing an established key client account (80%).

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact of Ascendum’s IT Solution’s services to a dedicated key client account.
  • Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects within the area you have been assigned
  • Conduct consultation discovery sessions directly with prospects and customers.
  • Partner with all sales channels in the pre-sales process to position document management and business process software solutions services by understanding the customer’s mission critical requirements, to foster a convincing solution to meet business needs
  • Own and deliver roll-out of new offerings and services to new and existing accounts through sales team meetings

Required Skills

  • 3-5 years experience in sales within IT Staffing and/or IT solutions
  • Experience with Direct, Contract, and/or Contract-to-Hire staffing engagements
  • Proven track record of managing client accounts while meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Technical skills required to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on client requirements
  • Exceptional networking and relationship building skills
  • Experience working within Healthcare domain or with Healthcare industry clients a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting
  • Ability to communicate information, whether technical or non-technical to staff members and customers, in a clear and concise manner
  • Bachelor's Degree required
