GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
The Training and Development Specialist will create, develop, implement, and conduct training and development programs for employees.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Lifting, twisting, bending and some activities that involve standing for long periods of time. Employee will be required to travel from time to time and must be willing to work various locations to accommodate needs of various sites.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work is normally performed inside with controlled temperatures.
