This position provides a fantastic opportunity to enhance your cutting-edge immigration knowledge with increased client contact, in an AMLAW 200 firm while working on high value immigration matters. The position also provides additional opportunities to work with attorneys at all levels within the Labor, Employment, Benefits, & Immigration Section of the Firm. Previous immigration and labor and employment experience is required , specifically with Employment based immigration (temporary visas as well as permanent residence). Candidates must have excellent knowledge of immigration law and practice backed up with strong academic credentials and research skills. Admittance to practice in Florida is preferred, but not mandatory.
