This team represents the world’s largest technology companies facing disputes internationally. Their global litigation approach ensures the efficient implementation of consistent positions around the world, and expert knowledge and advice concerning local law and procedure on a jurisdiction-by-jurisdiction and global scale.

In this capacity, you will handle cutting-edge issues involving privacy and data protection, intermediary liability, defamation, consumer protection, advertising, unfair competition, free speech, terms of service, and safety of minors on the internet. As a member of the team, you will have the opportunity to help provide full-service support to technology companies on regulatory, litigation, compliance, and criminal matters throughout the world as well as serve in a product advisory role.
