**Responsibilities**

Ascension Saint Thomas Medical Partners is seeking to add a Full Time APP to our outpatient clinic in Nashville, TN.

**Position Highlights:**

Full Time APP position with benefits

Working with several Physicians and APP treating Family Medicine Patients

Covering you on panel of patients

Work week consist of 36 patient contact hrs plus 4 hrs of administrative time

Preferred candidates with at least 3 plus years of Family Medicine experience as an APP

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

**Required Credential(s):**

BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home statelicense for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

**Education:**

Master's degree of Nursing required.
