**We Are Hiring**

Ascension Living - Live at Home is hiring a Shuttle Driver!

**What You Will Do**

Transport people from site while maintaining the assigned schedule.

* Operate vehicle in a safe manner.

* Inform supervisor of any unusual situations or accidents immediately.

* Assist riders entering and exiting the vehicle.

* Comply with all traffic safety rules and regulations.

* Assist the department supervisor with the daily activities of the Transportation department.

* Inspect and maintain vehicle daily for cleaning and safety issues.

* Maintain accurate logs per required standards.

* Follow established schedules, adjust schedules to meet unanticipated changes, and determine safest and most efficient pickup and delivery routes.

* Drive specially equipped van to deliver physically limited persons to various destinations; assure that wheelchair lifts and tie down equipment are properly operated and that riders are delivered to appointments in a timely manner.

**What You Will Need**

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

* One or more of the following:

BLS Provider obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date.

Heart Saver AED obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date.

* Drivers License obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

* Chauffeur preferred.

Education:

* High school diploma or GED required.
