JOB SUMMARY: Perform duties in the fulfillment of sales presentations, proposals/RFP’s, various plan reports, and marketing materials as well as provide support for distribution of mass mailings and maintain appropriate inventory levels of marketing support materials. Performs the day-to-day print production of various sales, marketing and client materials. Assembles and packages all materials for marketing support and sales presentations. Maintains and updates presentations templates and related materials as directed. Prints, assembles and ships various reporting packages—annual plan reviews, quarterly investment manager reviews, etc. Collaborates with various departments in the print production requests. Provides support for the distribution of mass mailings including letters, regulatory notices, account statements, and enrollment materials. Maintains an adequate inventory of all marketing support materials. Receives and processes requests for materials and ensure that materials are delivered in a timely manner. Complete order requests to replenish inventory as necessary. Produces periodic activity reports of material requests for review by senior management. Assists management on projects as needed. Coordinates details, creates records, tracks assignments, and follows up on replies relating to special projects as directed. Maintains Compliance record files of all sales related materials. Consistently meets and/or exceeds performance expectations, working under pressure in a very fast paced, demanding environment, continuously under tight deadlines Focuses on learning in everyday activities and events Collaborates with and openly shares knowledge with colleagues Regular, reliable and punctual attendance REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS High School equivalent with 1-3 years of directly related marketing production experience in a high-volume environment or combination of education and experience. Excellent/expert level of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Outlook and standard office equipment.
