If this describes you, please read on! Among the current openings, we’re on the lookout for a Senior Staff Accountant who will be responsible for day-to-day accounting. Reporting to the company’s Director of Finance, this is a newly created, full-time position based in our Wilmington, Massachusetts headquarters.

Representative responsibilities:

· Reviewing and booking daily banking transactions

· Maintaining accuracy between our inventory management system and the accounting system for purchase orders and in-transit inventory accounts

· Verifying and entering travel expenses according to company specifications

· Making sure expenses are properly booked and paid on time

· Properly invoicing customers and following up for payments in a timely manner

· Booking month-end and year-end entries

· Monthly reconciliation of all company Balance Sheet accounts, including bank accounts and inventory accounts

· Preparing and filing various regulatory and annual filings (sales tax, 1099 forms)

Required education and experience:

· Minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience

· Strong knowledge of Sales Tax requirements

· Strong knowledge of QuickBooks online

· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

· Strong organizational and planning skills

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and other common office software
