Schedule : Full-time, M-F, school days, and professional development days

Salary Range : $35,000.00-$42,000.00 annually
Position Summary :
Ascent Classical Academy of Douglas County seeks a dedicated Front Office Receptionist & Attendance Support staff member.
This role involves maintaining a welcoming and secure school environment while supporting attendance operations. The Front Office Receptionist & Attendance Support staff member manages incoming calls, assists students, staff, and visitors, and conducts security checks.
This role supports daily attendance activities, processes absence information, and maintains accurate records. The ideal candidate will have experience in a front office role, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Professionalism, reliability, and excellent communication skills are essential. A commitment to the academy's mission and high moral character is required, along with eligibility to work in the U.
S. and passing a background check.

Position Requirements :
Proven experience in a front office or reception role, preferably in an educational setting.
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Professional appearance and speech.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Commitment to the policies, mission, and vision of Ascent Classical Academy Charter Schools of Colorado
Commitment to high moral character necessary to sustain ordered liberty and constitutional self-government
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills and the ability to effectively articulate information and issues
Ability to develop positive and professional relationships with team members
Ability to provide excellent customer service and always maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Eligibility to work in the United States
After an offer is accepted, a satisfactory background check as required by state law and Colorado Department of Education
Willingness to perform other duties as requested
Physical Requirements :
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds
Must be able to traverse the classroom and the school
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, working on a computer, or standing
Must be able to supervise outdoor activities if needed
