Summary

The Manager of Engineering & Maintenance works closely with the maintenance, engineering, and production departments to oversee and manage workloads, special projects, and Preventative Maintenance. This position will oversee and manage capital projects from justification to procurement to completion. Ability to understand and prioritize projects to meet Safety, Production, and quality goals a must. Experience with design engineering, using solid works and AutoCAD desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or extensive equivalent of industrial manufacturing experience required
• Candidates with at least 3 years’ of supervisory experience preferred
• Extensive OSHA compliance experience
• Must have proven organizational and planning experience
• Demonstrated experience effectively communicating with management and staff
