DescriptionAscentec Engineering is hiring! Now is a great time to join a growing company working with exciting industries and companies. The Aerospace Customer Service Representative will synchronize the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system with the customer portal, coordinate job movement within production to align with customer needs and expectations, and schedule orders within different groups.

- Prepares and updates daily schedules for resource groups
- Work with the customer portal to align customer needs to the orders within Ascentec's ERP system.
- Interact with production departments to expedite/de-expedite customer requirements
- Communicate schedule improvements/delays to customer through reports and customer portals
- Coordinate work orders in process
- Ensure on-time deliveries for all acknowledged and confirmed POs
- Communicate discrepancies and potential schedule misses to customer
- Support the overall health and improvement of the ERP system.
- Support Material Review Board (MRB) process with appropriate response to issues with internal and supplier quality.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI)
- High School Diploma or equivalent. Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Business/Supply and Logistics Management.
- One year of experience in production, scheduling, or customer service
- Ability and desire to perform complex problem solving
- Strong analytical, statistical and critical thinking skills. Advanced experience with MS Excel and MS Word is preferred
- Excellent skills in interpersonal relationships, communication and teamwork.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to speak and communicate effectively with both senior management and production.
- Work independently and possess a high level of self-motivation and initiative.
- Advanced knowledge of Epicor ERP preferred (or equivalent advanced knowledge of a comparable ERP software)
- Enjoys fast paced and rapidly changing environment
- Team player engaging with a positive attitude
- Thrives on providing solutions for customer challenges
- Self-starter/Self-motivated
- Professional demeanor and respectful to people in all situations
- Flexible and willing to help others as needs and tasks change often
