Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Supervisor to join our team. The ASCH Field Supervisor is essential to the execution of our Multi-family cabinet and countertop projects. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as expertise in construction management software and project coordination. The Field Supervisor is responsible for the day to day scheduling, logistics, and supervision of product installation onsite. In addition, the Field Supervisor will work closely with our installation subcontractors to ensure the assigned projects are being completed in a manner consistent with ASCH's high standards for quality, efficiency, and safety compliance. This role involves dynamic collaboration to oversee project execution, ensuring that every detail aligns with our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. By fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, the Field Supervisor will play a pivotal role in enhancing our project outcomes and strengthening our reputation as a leader in the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution
- Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance. Ensure field measurements align with plans for precision.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Handle the change order process efficiently.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality, safety compliance, and adherence to project schedules
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction. Provide hands-on service work when required.
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety regulations on job sites
- Collaborate with the estimating team to develop project budgets and timelines
- Utilize construction management software (such as Procore) to track project milestones and monitor resource allocation
- Provide guidance and support to subcontractors, including training on safety, blueprint reading and construction techniques
- Maintain company tools and equipment
- Take on other responsibilities to support project completion.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices
- Experience with construction management software (e.g., Procore)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
