Asden Management, a rapidly growing Real Estate Management Company with properties in several states, is looking for excellent employees to add to our team!

We are currently seeking a full-time Porter/Maintenance Tech at Lafayette House, a beautiful apartment building in Trenton, NJ.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

· Responsible for meticulous upkeep of common areas, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other community grounds

· Clear trash/recyclables from refuse rooms and prepare containers for collections

· Operate trash compactors

· Assist in the preparation of market ready units, including remove trash from vacant apartments (trash outs) prior to make-ready

· Assist Maintenance Supervisor/Property Manager and/or perform assigned maintenance tasks in a timely manner

· Report any maintenance concerns for repairs on available apartments, models, clubhouse, and/or common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor

· Represent the community in a professional manner at all times-on/off property

Job requirements:

· Must be able to work weekends

· Experience in residential community cleaning or grounds-keeping preferred

· Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time

· Good mechanical skills

· Positive attitude
